Exercise in the Sunshine and Water is great for the body and the soul; but use SunBlock. The Sun is the greatest enemy your skin has, if you want to keep looking young. Too much sun will definitely age you prematurely and can lead to skin cancer. That doesn't mean we have to eliminate activities in the sun all together. Early morning sun, like 7 am - 9 am is better for you and can provide needed Vitamin D.Have fun in the Sun, but be careful. Its also good to wear protective clothing in the ocean during the day time. The reflection of the sun against the water in the ocean and the water on your skin is a recipe for severe sunburn. Try to cover all parts of the body you can, within reason, and take care,
